Absolutely stunning hat stands that would originally have been in a French millinery shop, or dress shop! 
They are adjustable in height and were manufactured by Seigel of Paris. 
Seigel were makers of tailors dummies since 1867 and now are part of the Stockman (of mannequin fame) empire! 
They have manufactured for the likes of Dior, Channel and Prada, to name a few! 
Stockman imalgamted with Seigel in the early 1900’s. They were extremely popular in the art deco period of the 20’s and 30’s. 
Super decorative to display a favourite hat on or just to have as a stand-alone piece in a vignette.
