A piece of vintage British Railway history.
 
The letters have been worn, however most of them are still tact. They would have G.W.R FIRE, when complete. This bucket is possibly late 1800 - early 1900,s. Great Western Railway only existed until it was nationalised in the 1940,s.
It has a really lovely time worn patina as would be expected with the life it has had.
 
It is watertight so could be used for fresh flowers. Alternatively it will make a fabulous plant holder or log bucket.
 
Measurements: It is quite large at 29cm diameter (37 inc. handle lugs) x 36cm high
